Nourish your body, cultivate health *
Hi, I’m Hailie — a Boise native, registered dietitian, and board certified integrative and functional nutrition practitioner currently accepting insurance-based clients in Idaho and Oregon.
I specialize in working with clients to support:
Sustainable weight management - with and without GLP-1’s
Metabolic health - Blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure
Women’s health - PCOS, preconception, perimenopause
Digestive health - Celiac, IBS, Crohn’s, GERD, EOE
Lowering inflammation - anti-inflammatory diet
A few of the tools we can utilize to tailor recommendations and track progress:
Nutrigenomic testing
Continuous glucose monitoring
Personalized meal planning
InBody body composition testing
Nutritionally relevant labs
If you’re trying to make sense of metabolic health, weight changes, or hormone imbalances, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck with making nutrition changes because you don’t know what’s actually right for your body. Real accountability and personalized support can change everything.

Insurance Coverage
The good news? Many insurance plans fully cover ongoing nutrition visits, which means you don’t have to struggle along or rely on generic advice. You can have consistent, personalized support—someone in your corner as you learn, adjust, and move forward.
In our one-on-one sessions, we slow things down and work together. We might build your weekly meal plan and grocery list, explore nutrigenomic testing to better understand what works with your genetics, or learn how to use tools like continuous glucose monitors to bring clarity to your day-to-day choices. There’s no pressure to do it all at once just steady, supported progress.
This is thoughtful, high-touch care designed to meet you where you are and grow with you over time.

While I may be in-network with your insurance carrier, coverage for dietitian visits varies by plan. Please call your insurance and ask about coverage for the following CPT codes: 97802, 97803, 97804.
Additionally, it’s recommended to verify whether you need any specific diagnosis in order to be eligible for care. A few examples are:
Obesity, Overweight, Hyperlipidemia, Metabolic Syndrome, and Food Allergies.
If your plan does not include medical nutrition therapy or you have an out-of-network insurance carrier such as UHC, Medicare, or Aetna we can offer a superbill which can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement.

I am currently licensed in Idaho and Oregon. You must be located in one of these states during a telehealth visit.
Nutrition Services
Nutrition Counseling
One-on-one nutrition sessions offer personalized, high-touch support you won’t find in an app or algorithm. We work together over time to create a plan that evolves with you—providing ongoing accountability, guidance, and thoughtful adjustments as your life and needs change.
Meal Planning Sessions
Meal planning doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or restrictive. In our one-on-one meal planning sessions, we work together to curate a weekly plan that fits your real life. We take into account your routines, social plans, workouts, and the time you actually have to cook. The goal is to remove daily decision fatigue while helping you eat in a way that aligns with your health goals and lifestyle.
Wellness Classes
Saturday morning wellness classes are your excuse to grab coffee with the gals while learning practical tools and information to support how you feel—physically, mentally, and metabolically. New offerings will be posted as they come available in partnership with Aspire Wellness.
